Description:
My House 3D is a program for independent house design. You can create a floor plan for a building with an attic and a basement, add a porch, and a staircase. Change the exterior and interior decoration at your discretion. The catalog contains 1150+ materials and the ability to upload your own photo of wallpaper, linoleum and other coatings.
- Creating a home of any kind. The software allows you to draw an arbitrary building plan or upload your own drawing. In the first case, you make a project from scratch and manually set the dimensions, and in the second, you import an existing photo or scan. The catalog also contains ready-made house models that can be taken as a template.
- Editing each floor. The height of the walls and the thickness of the ceilings, external finishing can be set for each floor separately. For example, the first floor can be covered with wood, and the second floor can be covered with plaster. The color of the trim on the windows can also be made different.
- Creation of non-standard roofs. The program catalog contains the most popular types of roofs: gable, pyramidal, flat, hip and others. However, the user can also develop his own project – change the angle, height of the ridge, overhang dimensions, color and texture of the roof. It is also possible to create a living room in the attic.
- Adding and editing furniture. The collection includes items for all rooms: hallway, bathroom, bedroom, nursery, kitchen, office, living room and gym. There is a set of lighting fixtures – chandeliers, sconces, floor lamps. The design of all models is changing. Experiment with color and texture, replace fittings and decorative elements.
- Drawing up estimates for floors and rooms. You choose the categories that need to be included in the calculation: electrical, plumbing, floors, heating, walls, etc. Enter the required work and materials, indicate their quantity and price. The program will calculate the total cost and you can plan your budget.
- Users with any skill level can use the application. The interface is in Russian, there are built-in tips for beginners. Some of them contain only text, and some also contain video instructions. In addition, the My Home 3D website provides educational content: instructions for working in the program, collections of interior design ideas.
