In this course, Brellias teaches you how to create a futuristic sci-fi landscape in Blender. Use the rules of physics to their limits, creating impossible compositions, use colors, textures and lighting to create scenes inspired by vaporwave and cyberpunk. MatÃas Vivanco (Brellias) begins the course by talking about himself, what he does, and how he became a renowned concept artist creating and designing sci-fi scenes. He shares two areas that strongly influenced his style: vaporwave and cyberpunk.
Dive into these two basic visual guides. Once you’ve absorbed them, choose a scene for your creation and create a mood board with the elements you will use for your project.
Get started with Blender in the next section. Brellias will tell you about the main advantages of working with the program and show its limitless possibilities. Expand your artwork with compositional techniques, model presentation, textures, lighting and effects.
Add the finishing touches by learning about color grading and removing unnecessary elements with Photoshop. Finally, Brellias will tell you how to get the most out of your finished work in a variety of media.
