Do I need to purchase any external products?
It is strongly recommended to use FlippeDnormals Face Kit, Skin Kit and Eye Kit. Although any other alpha channels of pores can be used to detail the skin. However, I will not tell how to create eyes from scratch. The eyes are completely from the FlippeDnormals Eye Kit set.
We also use some free external resources, such as HDRI Haven and CC0 Textures (these resources are provided in the course).
Do I need Zbrush?
Although you can make the whole sculpture using other software, such as Blender or Mudbox, Zbrush is recommended for artists who want to improve their results as much as possible. Also, if you are a student who is interested in Zbrush, I recommend getting a student License Zbrush.
