Anime is just the abreviated word of animation. The drawing is known as manga.

So what is manga? Its just the abreviated (simplified ) form of a human body and a unique art style used in japanese comics(This is also known as manga).
To learn manga you just need very simple steps.
Learn the anatomy of human body. Why? It helps to draw. A man’s and women’s body differ a lot after all. But knowing the anatomy will make you understand which body parts is like what for which sex. For example in a female body, hips are wider than the shoulder while in male its opposite.
Try learning how to draw the head first, from every angle, with every facial expressions possible. Then go for the torso, then hands, legs and last try drawing the whole body when you are ready.
After you have learnt how to draw the body, start with the props. It seems easy but their is a lot about science here.
And finally comes inking.
So there are many things that are required.
Pencil and eraser ofcourse.
Micron pens. They come with different nib width. In case you dont know what they are is the pic.
In case you want to be a professional, then this are the other things required.

Ill recommend you to download pdf of books mainly from japan since they cover a lot more and has more details.
Find pdf for the book: How to draw manga. Skecthing manga style. This book has many volumes.
You can also refer to some good youtube videos.
Remember one thing that everyone has their own style of art, so you dont need to copy absolutely others work.
