1. Go to console.cloud.google.com 
2. On Right Top , Click on on Activate Cloud Shell

IF DOCKER ISNT INSTALLED

sudo apt install docker

docker run -p 6080:80 dorowu/ubuntu-desktop-lxde-vnc

3. And CTRL + V in Cloud Shell then Press enter
4. Modify Port quantity from higher proper icon, subsequent to setting icon.
5. Change it to : 6080
